The Fairmont Creamery is a dynamic community development growing out of a once abandoned 107,000 sq ft factory. As Cleveland re-imagines its future, our goal is to show the symbiosis of historic preservation, local businesses, and Clevelanders returning to old neighborhoods to form new ties and make new investments.
Special thanks to Mason Milani for his illustrations and Lauren R. Pacini for his photography.

We are excited that the Fairmont Creamery is more than a just another building — it is a community. We have 50 new residents moving in, six businesses that are relocating their offices to the area (or opening new locations!), Tremont’s first gym, a healthy-food cafe, a fantastic roof deck with great opportunities for gardening, ultra fast fiber internet through OneCommunity, and exciting new partnerships with community organizations. Start with the history, follow the transformation, see where we are today, or learn about our neighborhood.

We are thrilled to announce our next historic renovation: The Wagner Awning Building. Located near Tremont’s Tap House, this building was built in 1895. We are excited about working with the neighborhood on this one. Learn more.
